Novotel Yanbu

Amazing experience the staff were very nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed the breakfast and later Sauna and pool and the cleanliness level were up to very high standards. Am definitely repeating the stay here whenever I visit Yanbu again.

My stay at Novotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's luxurious amenities, coupled with the exceptional service provided by the staff, made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Golam in Reception was Excellent Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was okay. Drinking water supply to room was not sufficient. Hot water in toilet was not hot enough. No complimentary fruit basket was provided. No complimentary pickup drop service to Airport.

I personally do appreciate the Services & hospitality of Mr. Golam & Ms. Jawaher Novatel staff members as both are very Professional and Sooper supportive in timely manner whenever you concern and seeking help during stay. Novatel have the best team in Yanbu branch.

First, the positive: The hotel is well located near a beach and is well established in Yanbu. Free parking for those driving. Setup of hotel is as expected for a 4-star, and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately I had a nightmare experience. At 4am I heard loud vacuuming outside the room door, followed by doors opening and closing. After 15 minutes I managed to fall asleep again. Then at 4:30 I heard my door open! I called out to ask who it is, no reply! I went to check and it was a housekeeping staff standing there. He apologized and kept standing there! I had to almost force him out of the room and finally got back to sleep. Also multiple other physical issues with the hotel- very old and not maintained (curtains, cabinet in room, terrible smell in spa, etc) I informed the front desk staff upon checkout, he just laughed and said somebody would contact me. I haven't heard anything yet after 10 days.

Excellent hotel by the beach

Great experience staying at the Novetel. Quiet area although it is across the Corniche. Clean rooms. Great room service. Breakfast is various, and it is delicious. Great staff at the breakfast area. Great staff at the reception. Not only customer service is upnotch, but they also try so hard to make customers satisfied. Thanks to everyone at the Novetel for their hospitality. Special thanks to Mohammed and Alia for their support during my stay. Keep it up!

Mohammad Odai was greatly helping us to check in and treat us perfectly to feel home. He was really friendly since first we step in. He also upgrade our room with very comfortable room. It was overall good experience staying in this hotel. Thank you

Right on the beach. Not near the city center but otherwise great

Staff is very helpful and cooperative. While location is overlooking the corniche. I will certainly come again.
