Hotel Alcazar

Hotel bonito,comodo, centrico, la comida es buena, el personal es amable y limpio, el precio es bajo pero la calidad es super buena, yo lo recomiendo al 100% te hacen sentir de la familia, afuera del hotel pasan muchas rutas de camion lo cual es facil moverse si es que no tienen coche jejeje, mi estancia aunque fue corta, fue excelente! You get a lot for the money. A clean and nice room. Interior of property is really nice. Construction around the exterior could be off putting for some. If you are looking for a hair dryer or iron they have only one at the front desk. Just a few minutes walk from just about anything.

The hotel is small and comfortable. As far as comfort and cleanliness is concerned, it is immaculate and has a lovely lobby on the first floor complete with artworks, computers for the public (2), and a comfortable seating area. The staff is gracious and welcoming from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers. The restaurant is small and never crowded. The menu is somewhat limited yet complete, and the food is very good. Room service is also quick and features the same menu as the restaurant. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel, and in the same building but outside the hotel is a 7/11 convenience store with everything you might need. Public transportation is right outside the door, but there is the construction of a new subway system beside the hotel which creates massive traffic with everything from macro-busses to taxis, to motorcars, to motorcycles and bicycles and even skateboards and scooters, not to mention pedestrians. The price is very reasonable for the value received. It will be my hotel of choice on my next visit.

Dirty, bathroom fan didn't work. Homeless constantly surround the hotel.

Bien ubicada, por fuera no se ve lo bien que está por dentro, más que nada porque están construyendo en la calle donde está la puerta principal. Esta muy limpio y el staff es muy amable y servicial, si llevas auto lo puedes estacionar de manera segura dentro de su garage. Este hotel es excelente por el precio.

We had an incident with the ac stated leaking in the middle of the night. We were moved to a smaller room for the night. The room was musty and the room was hot after we couldn't turn ac on because management took control.

Walkable distance to downtown, many restaurant options close by, and staff was great especially Berna!
