"A little upgrade would make it a perfect get away"

Location is good and relatively quiet. The size of the unit was good. I would definitely stay gain but would be requesting a downstairs unit

The property is extremely dated and needs a good upgrade. Although at first glance the suite appears clean, could not put clothes in bedroom drawers due to accumulated dust, and no clothes hangers available. Kitchen had a microwave & coffeemaker but needs a toaster and upgraded dinnerware, pots and utensils.
