Affordable Suites Greenville

The set up was amazing. We didn't have to sit on the bed while having company. The living room/kitchen area was just what we needed. A full size refrigerator, microwave and a sink to wash dishes. They even had dishes for us to use and dish soap. All great! Took me longer to arrive called the property and Mr. Mike was amazing, He sent me a code to a lock box for me to get the key and left the papers in the room for me to return the next morning. Very friendly staff. This location has a new manager, sorry I forgot her name but she was attentive to my concerns when I went into the office.

The TV is a smart TV but my neighbor was controlling mine. Couldn't lay in bed and watch a movie. If the person in the next room changed their TV then mine would change as well. I know everyone enjoys smart TV but that didn't work for me. Change the TV to basic not smart to end this problem and no basic channels, couldn't watch the news. Also the refrigerator made noises all day long, and night. Housekeeping needs training on how to properly clean, the bathroom needed some TLC.

As a solo female traveler, I truly enjoyed my stay at Affordable Suites. The location was quiet, nice landscaping and it was like having my own apartment for the weekend. I usually would have stayed at a large chain hotel but the prices were ridiculous because of returning college students. I would love to return to this location again.

The property itself was fine. If you need a room on the first floor you should book early and let them know because there are a lot of steps if you have physical challenges. I do wish there had been more bedding. There was one very thin bedspread and a sheet. I doubled the bedspread and was still freezing with the AC off. An added blanket to the bedding is reasonable.

Basic accommodations at a very reasonable price. Comfortable bed and great shower.

The floor was 'sticky' in the kitchen area and it was obvious that the suite had not been wet mopped in a while. There were only two table spoons in the drawer... Try gutting a soft-boiled egg without a teaspoon!

absolutly nothing. Couldn't even sleep there and need to book another room at 1:00 am

The room was unclean. There were holes in the walls and furniture. There was a urine stain on the kitchen floor and it reeked of pet urine. We arrived late at night and couldn't even speak to the manager because they left at 6:00pm.
