Affordable Suites Greenville

The staff was pleasant and efficient. Though the building was older, it was sufficiently maintained. It was more than sufficient for the quick two-night stay.

Everything. Staff was there if needed. The location was easy to find. Cleanliness was outstanding.

I didn't like the fact I put a review complaining about black mold on my first stay but yet put me in the same room... I went to turn the key in and the guy at the desk stated the bad review hurts the business. Not concerned about my health at all. If you can't afford to fix a room that has black mold then don't rent it. Don't complain to the customer about the review hurting the business, tell the customer you'll do your best to fix it. If my health is of no concern to you, then you losing business due to my review is no concern of mine.

The room size is awesome. The heat was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I honestly feel that with a little TLC this could be the best place I've ever rented

I have asthma, COPD, and emphysema. It was really disappointing to see black mold in the bathroom. The toilet leaned. Popcorn was peeling off the ceiling by the vent on the ceiling..

Visited Greenville North Carolina for a job interview. Ken and Annette were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. If we move to Greenville we may be staying again.
