Il servizio è a dir poco discutibile, abbiamo fatto richiesta specifica di un tripla con letti singoli che è stata confermata sulla conferma di prenotazione di booking, ma al nostro arrivo la tripla aveva un letto matrimoniale, inoltre una delle doppie prenotate aveva il termostato non funzionante e faceva un caldo insopportabile senza possibilità di abbassare la temperatura. Abbiamo sottoposto le due problematiche alla reception in cui erano presenti la signora Bianca e Gabriela, che ci hanno risposto con aria di sufficienza che non potevano risolvere la situazione in nessun modo. Siamo molto scontenti del servizio.

Everything. I will always choose this hotel if I need to stay in Bucuresti. Great location, great staff, great services, the room was clean and comfortable. I also got an upgrade of my room, a lovely gesture.

Absolutely everything about this hotel from the staff at check in who offered myself and my sister a free upgrade to the complimentary candy on the reception desk. I wish we'd stayed for more than one night but we had run out of time. The sizes of the rooms are very generous and the rate per night is reasonable. The breakfast in the hotel was really great - I have no complaints at all.

Nothing! If I could rate this hotel 12 stars out of 10 I would.

The location

We were 3 adults that asked for 3 separate beds. The third bed was like folding bed and it was not comfortable as the regular.
