Hotel is in a great location staff very friendly

Breakfast was not good. Coffee machine took 5 minutes to produce a full cup which was cold. The food was very limited and both mornings no eggs and reheated sausages from the day before. Fruit juice was squash. I can honestly say the worst breakfast I have ever had. We had to go out and get breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right at the beginning of the old town where all the bars and restaurants are but it was still very quiet at night. Because of its great location it is very easy to walk around, and you can basically walk to all the tourist attractions and get to know more about Bucharest. The hotel itself is very nice, beautifully decorated with the old charms and modern facilities including a bar and restaurant. The communication with the hotel was super efficient after our booking, especially with the help from hotel contact Luliana, she was super helpful with our questions and kindly upgraded us to a beautiful big suite. The suite was beautifully designed and decorated with a 180 degree view of the old town from the living room to the bedroom, the bed was super comfortable, the suite especially the bathroom was very clean and got refreshed every day. The air conditioning was excellent and kept us warm in the cold winter temperatures. We truly enjoyed our 4 days in Bucharest and we were really happy that we chose Europa Royale Bucharest for our accommodation.

The location was the best for us. Right on the edge of the old town means your Bolt/Uber can get you very close to the door - literally steps away. Just around the corner is one of the oldest and best traditional Romanian restaurants. Our walking tour (which I've reviewed) also started in front of this restaurant. Now the hotel. It's average. It's not the kind of room you would plan on staying in for hours during the day. Sleep is fine - beds, noise level, etc. But the whole place gives me old-school Communist-era vibes. Air conditioning was just a little too warm, and would not cool down. Dust was setting off our allergies. Breakfast was okay. Good range of hot/cold stuff. No alternative milks available. I thought the room rate was a little expensive for what it is.

‏לא היה ווי פיי בקומה השלישית והבעיה לא נפטרה במשך חמישה ימים!! למרות שחזרנו וביקשנו מספר פעמים. ‏ניסינו למצוא פתרון ופקידת הקבלה שאלה אם אני רוצה לעבור חדר, לצערי זה לא היה רלוונטי כי בחדר שלי היה מרפסת והחדר שהציעו לי לא היה באותו הסטנדרט של החדר עליו שילמתי וכמובן ללא מרפסת מה שהפך את זה לא רלוונטי עבורי.
