"Top List of Hotels?? Hmm..."

I chose Bella Villa Prima because it appeared in the Top Hotel List of Pattaya. I would say, the list can do better. Bella Villa Prima was not near the heart of Pattaya, the hustle and bustle of the street vendors etc. Breakfast stated to be from 6am (I think) to 11am but by 10.30am they were removing certain food off the buffet spread. I felt that the reception is less forthcoming. I would always trust the hotel staff to recommend me a good place to rent bike however the reply I got was "You can rent from outside the street". Definitely not an answer to put me at ease. It is walking distance to the beach which is nice. Like I mentioned, you probably need to travel a bit more to find thai food that you would want to eat. I used the fitness room/gym while I was there and boy it felt like sauna. The air-conditioning could do with some maintenance. Nonetheless I slept peacefully so rest assured bed is comfortable.

The hotel is located close to all amenities such as the beach, shopping and nightlife. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard each day and had a secure area for parking. Would definitely stay there again.
