Bella Villa Prima

I have always chosen Bella Prima Villa for the last 15 urs always had a great time with the facility

The internet isn’t good! It goes offline occasionally plus you have to login over and over again. I stayed there a couple of years ago and the beds were rock hard then. They are soft and comfortable now. My biggest problem was that I got sick about 4 or 5 days into a 2week stay. It seemed to get worse when using the air conditioning. I checked the a/c and it was absolutely clean (no mold, no dust), so I thought it was just a coincidence. When I left the a/c off I seemed to get a little better. Towards the end of my stay I noticed that the ceiling had been painted near the a/c as if there had been a leak. It was room 707. Again, it could be just a coincidence. I don’t know, but I wouldn’t stay in that room again. The staff was very pleasant, the location is very convent (very close to a Big C grocery store), the room has a large refrigerator, a microwave, dishes and utensils, and I would recommend the hotel, just now room 707.

staff were less communicative, perhaps because they were not comfortable with English. Not sure. We didn't feel welcome. It was more of a mechanical behavior to conclude the check-in / check-out facility. They were not interested in guiding us with ideas about to-see places / to-do -things. There was no specific time indication given during check-in / check-out to understand whether there is any problem in quickly processing our case, or whether I am being attended to -- we were just asked to wait. So, after waiting for a few minutes we decided to go back and wait on sofa at the reception. At a few minutes interval I had to check if my check-in is being processed. There was no proper answer, so we used to go back again and wait. Staff were not rude, just that you don't know whether you are being attended, what to do next, how long to wait, etc.

Been staying here for few years always great stay and clean environment

The Internet did not work. The WI Fi always picked up a connection from a nearby hotel. The staff is not always nice. It is not really bad except for the Internet problem. Not good either, takes a lot of time for them to respond to requests. The staff is lazy.

This place is a very nice place to stay. I have stayed in several hotels in the area but this was the first time here. The staff was excellent! This hotel gets extra points from me because of the laundry facilities. Something I truley needed being that I stayed in Thailand for a month. Close to the beach, shopping center, bars, and good eating. A short ride to Walking Street. Pool was nice and private. Micro wave was a great plus. Only negative was the AC. A bit noisy and hard to control room temp. But Overall great. I actually extended mh stay for 2 nights. I will stay again.

Good customer service, stay away from massage service in room, lady does not know massage, waste of money.

Lovely friendly place to stay, quiet at night so a good nights sleep, Easy to get Bart buses on beach road an on second road so a good location, Highly recommend staying there.
