Stayed here many times, always a good standard of service

All good here. A little far from walking set but the cheap taxi goes past the end of the rd so easy to get around.

Pro..Service was fantastic breakfast was good nice pool and good gym and good location. Cons.. Building construction right next door so you will be woken up early every day without fail, bed was as hard as a rock didn't sleep good in all 12 nights we were there, also guest smoke goes through everyone's a/c so if you don't like the smell then this is a huge problem even being in a non smoking room, also walls were thin we had to move once because these Indians were screaming down the halls in the middle of the night with no respect to the other hotel guest.

Wonderful, relaxing, clean, secure and safe. Pool was great.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. We were a group occupying 4 deluxe rooms. From check in to check out we had no complaints just praises to the management and staff for keeping up standards at this hotel in comparison to our first visit over two years ago. Due to a technical issue with our booking we were booked in standard rooms for the last day of our stay. The manager and her staff provided us with a free upgrade to keep our deluxe rooms without having to move out and move into standard rooms for the last day. I found the hotel staff courteous and always eager to help whenever we requested for their assistance. Breakfast was an experience we loved at this hotel. On our first day some popular choices were not available but after speaking to management, they were made available for the entire duration of our stay. Poolside facilities clean and welcoming as always.

Only had 1 night at this hotel. Room was ok but wouldn't like to stay more than a few days.

Very dirty. We had a hard time spending any time in the room it was so filthy!

Perhaps the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. WE thought the room hadn't even been cleaned. But when we complained and they apparently "cleaned" again, it was still so horrible that we just simply left as soon as we could the next day. Hotel is not as shown in the photos.

The hotel was a reasonable place to stay in Pattaya for a few days, close to the beach and night-time entertainment. Staff were all very pleasant, buffet breakfast good. Rooms comfortable. If your room faces the outside street then it could be a bit noisy late at night - better in a room facing the swimming pool enclosure. All in all a well positioned, competent, friendly hotel without too many frills.
