"HOSPITAL VISIT"

I got bit by an insect while sleeping in my room - luckily there is a hospital across the street my hand was huge within hours of waking up / this was notbhelped by the receptionist on duty who was more concerned I kept my situation personal - if I had my original room this evening would not have happened - the hotel had ran out of rooms so gave me a larger room which I had to check out of to recheck into the original room I was suppose to be in - I will avoid this hotel in the future

Staff advised me on arrival that they did not have a deluxe room available. However they would upgrade me to Junior Penthouse Suite for first 3 nights of my stay. This was very welcome news as I received a double room with my own refrigerator & cooking facilities. Rooms were kept tidy & clean. Found facilities in Hotel to be in good condition. Air-con worked well & beds were comfortable.

"Holiday time!"

Location perfect for beach, restaurants,shopping & on the baht bus routes. Hotel very clean,staff pleasant,free use of sauna a bonus.Room facilities and provisions very good.Buffet breakfast was good, although sometimes sparce or not replenished. BEWARE breakage/accidental damage to anything - you pay immediately. Room service menu good. Deluxe rooms overlook hospital carpark Standard & junior suites look over pool & hotel entrance which is facing the sea. We had a seaview as on the end. Only family rooms provide a full-size 3rd or 4th bed, we had a junior suite(slept 4 according to website) and the 3rd bed was a z-bed pushed against the main bed.We moved it to the living area as spacious enough to accommodate Not ideal for 3/4 adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Only hotel I been to that if you want to borrow the iron board for 30 minutes you have to pay for this. Note also late check out 1 pm pay extras for this.

"A pleasant unforgatable experience"
