Marriott's Shadow Ridge II - The Enclaves

Realized no kitchen in suite. Cancelled only a few hours after deadline and still got charged a significant fee. Room description not accurate.

Air conditioning system was too loud and not only in our room but around us and we couldn’t sleep whole night. I don’t think we will come back again to Enclaves property

Very spacious accommodation

I didn’t like the noise of the sacadas

The said the water was going to be shutoff from 1-5pm but in actuality it was down for way past that time. We couldn’t shower, cook or poop. We complained but instead of moving us to another room, they said they can’t do anything about the water and we can leave early and they will pay the remaining night. That there was weird to me. Usually, you want to keep your patrons happy. Staff didn’t care about gaining or losing customers.

Excellent service, excellent infrastructure

not bad staff was kinda rude, wouldnt extend our check out time, bad overall it was nice.

Our room was very clean and we loved all the amenities.
