"It's not a hotel"

Took my son for a birthday golf vacation week. Warning: if you think this is a hotel . . . wrong. It's some sort of vacation time share. The room was about 10' x 20' two square holes in the wall under the TV, no room service, a peculiar 'foody' smell and worst of all, no amenities. Want morning coffee? - drive. One restaurant, a pizza shop, open evenings only. When I complained, response was, well, 'we have better rooms had you said something' and 'we're not a hotel you know.' No I didn't.

Didn’t stay Long enough to say but I couldn’t get the air conditioner just right. It was either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan.

Our room was so comfortable the pool was right outside our door we could see the big movie screen from our patio it was a very relaxing stay

The property was very clean and pool area beautiful. We were there for 1 night and the room was okay for just 1 day. It had no patio facing the pool so it had a feel of a motel. The price was high for what the room actually was. To many other options near by.

Bartenders at Snake Bites Grill were awesome! (Especially Guillermo) Room was very clean and super comfortable.

Wish there was a more convenient way to catch Uber or Lyft (when the building you are staying in is located deep in the property) other than having to wait for the shuttle and get a ride all the way to the front office, and then call for your rideshare
