Lack of cleanliness. Hotel could do with a renovation

Staff was nice and also the food

The bed was very uncomfortable I also paid for parking on the hotel site and ended up with a 400 pounds worth of parking fines

Nice location and staff were sooo lovely

The rooms were small and there was nowhere to sit down if you were in your room

Staff are always welcoming and friendly.Hotel is clean and well kept A little sad that there wasn't entertainment on especially as it was half term week

Rooms were very warm at night as we had crazy hot weather so can't really moan too much don't suppose a lot could be done about this I'd bring a fan in future Don't like people using mobile phones in pool area as feel this could be unsafe 3 men sat on theirs rather than use the facilities as a mum of girls it leaves you feeling uneasy Instead of a desk a set of drawers would be more useful especially for a week stay as the room for clothing isn't large so we lived out of a suitcase More parking could be provided if the rear garden was reduced reluctant to move your vehicle as although I paid for the space it isn't guaranteed

Hotel is very dirty, carpets dirty and full of dog hairs and other stuff, never vacuumed while I was there. Room is smaller than a prison cell !! very basic. Bathroom is very small. No drawers to put clothes in, only 5 coat hangers. Only 1 towel. Walls paper thin, can even hear next door neighbours above and next door walking, floors creak ! Reception staff, snooty and not very pleasant. Outside seating area on front is disgusting and filthy, the whole hotel is filthy and rooms are needing a full refit, walls smeared in all kinds of ? hotel is very tired and needs full restoration. Breakfast is finished by 9.30 ? have to pay the full fee of £13.50 even if you just want eggs on toast ? its not itemised. I didn’t bother. Banisters are thick with dirt !! It's much further out to the beach and any activities than shown, nearest Spar is 30 min walk. Came out with bad allergic reaction to all the dog, and dust, dirt dander and I do not suffer from allergies. Had to buy allergy tablets to get by, Never stay here again or recommend.
