Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort

Staff all very polite.

Floors were dirty in room. They were vacuumed but never mopped so were dusty underfoot. A/c not powerful enough to cool room. No urinals on site. Poorly cats lying around in need of care. Went to get towels at 9:41 was told to come back even though staff and towels were there. Bathroom dated and hand held shower only. Never is this place 5 star. A good 3 stars.

The staff is amazing, extremely polite and friendly. Other hotels should take seminars from Kalimera Kriti staff on how to treat guests. The meals were also excellent and of high quality ingredients. The facilities of the hotel are amazing. The gardens, the pools, the beach, the restaurants are all very accommodating. Definitely one of the best resorts in Crete.

Sand beaches, snorkling fanstastic pools, great spa. But choose renovated appartments because non renovated is below expected standard.

We like everything. The place, the people, the weather, the food. Everything was great!

The pool and the beach are very nice and clean

No air conditioning in one of the rooms it was incredibly hot and we got a fan only the kids were so sick because of the heat, we paid for a 4 person family suite but my son had a cot bed too small for him, this is not a 4.5 star hotel. No water during the meals you have to pay 3 euros for water. No coffee for lunch or supper, you ah r to pay for it. No wifi in the rooms and on most locations on the resort.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The grounds are huge and complex feel like little village. We had an issue the first night with not getting the room with sea view which we paid for, but the staff went out of their way to get that corrected and we were placed in a room with the sea view the next night. We were also given a voucher for lunch for 2 in French restaurant as for the inconvenience. Beach area is beautiful, water is crystal clear and warm. There are several pools around. Nature is beautiful. Buffet offers variety of option for everyone. Super convenient location, very close to village Sisi that has tons of restaurants, gift shops and activities. About 40 min away from Heraklion and Agias Nikolaos.
