Hotel Needs a major renovation including public areas and rooms

Very good location

Hotel was very nice, in a great location, close to the beaches, bars and town. Varna is a beautiful place and would recommend to family and friends. We would also return for another visit. The only thing that let the experience and score to a 4 for comfort was the bed was not comfortable at all, may need to upgrade to new mattresses.

Hotel is nicely located close to the beach. Rooms are at the standard of a 3 star, but quite gloomy and sad. I had a room with view on the back, with little light, and an empty terrace shared with other rooms (so sleeping with open window means that in principle other hotel guest can come in). Let's put it in this way, you can find better accommodations in Varna.

Good value for money right at the beach, easy to get to with a car or a bike and has convenient carage. Staff not too helpful or welcoming.

Lovely location. Room is a decent size. However, Krasimira (reception staff) is very rude and has a lot of attitude. She has shown me that the hotel doesn't have regular customer service trainings for her to think she can be so rude to me. She demanded I must show her my passport for her to keep in order for them to check my details. I had given her my driving licence and bank card which I have paid from and told her I'm following the instructions I have been given by Expedia for my stay ( which doesn't even mention passport or I.D) . I have stayed in some of the best 5 star hotels and have never had to show my passport or have been given this type of attitude.

Very good value for money. I shall certainly stay there again.

Exceptional price/services ratio. The room is big, staff is very kind, breakfast was fair and tastefull. The only drawback is the absence of balcony in most of the rooms. But the view is perfect...

Very pleasant hotel and staff, extremely clean rooms and common areas. Good value for money. Excellent views across beach from our room. City centre within reasonable walking distance.
