Clean room, tolerable but basic breakfast, but no room service or restaurant to speak of, and hotel staff were generally keen to get back to using their phones.

Off season visit, easy to reserve. Nice to have view of the beach.

It was not bad. It didn't have a pool.

This hotel, by far, was my favorite part of our trip to Bulgaria. We could have stayed at one of the resort locations 20 min out of town but chose this hotel. We arrived late and had arranged for the hotel airport pick up. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We upgraded to a larger room for a relatively small amount. The public beach is right across the street and the main area for shopping and restaurants is about a 10 min walk. I felt safe in this area although we didn't venture out late. The public beach access is right across the street. The beach has numerous beach bars where you can drink or eat. They have great seating, umbrellas and views of the sea. This hotel is a great value for what you get.

This is a nice hotel and seems to fit a 4-star rating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is in a good modern condition. Breakfast had several hot items (such as fried eggs, sausages), meat cuts and crepes. I enjoyed my stay, and my main disappointments are: * There is no swimming pool! The main picture mislead me that there is one (my bad for not reading other reviews). There is a public swimming pool with its own price and opening hours across the street. From what I could see, there may by a swim cap requirement. * The hotel is not located directly at the beach, as claimed. You need to cross a moderately busy road and walk about 100m (300ft) down the street.

We were very disappointed with the hotel, the location was on a very busy main road which you had to cross to get to the beach!!The area around the hotel was very poor and dirty! Also there was NO pool and was told that we could use the communial swimming pool across the road, which was always too busy and was in use by local clubs practicing! I had a receipt from you saying that there was nothing to pay at the hotel and yet we were charged for our stay AGAIN!!! Totally disappointed! Never again to return!

The hotel was very well located and is situated on one of the better beaches that I have been to in Bulgaria - Black Sea!!!

This hotel was wonderful! Friendly, helpful staff; very comfortable; great location; excellent breakfast; no complaints at all! If I'm ever back in Varna, this is where I'll stay!

OUR STAY WAS OK, 2 NIGHTS, HOWEVER RESTAURTANT VERY SMALL AND BASIC, ONLY BAR SNACKS IN THE EVENING, WE FEEL THE HOTEL IS MORE SUITED FOR BUSINESS. THE STAFF WERE VERY OBLIGING, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD ENGLISH. UNDER GROUND CAR PARKING HELPFUL. TAXI RIDE TO CENTER 6 LEV. HELPFUL DRIVER, BIG SHOPPING MALL, GOOD TO GO WHETHER IS RAINING OR NOT.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. Also, the breakfast was very good and diversified. The hotel is located near the beginning of the Primorsko park and the beach. It has a beautiful view of the sea if you get a room on the east side. On the negative side, I would have liked to be able to prepay my stay by credit card on reservation. Since this option was not available, I had to carry cash with me. In a country like Bulgaria, this is not such a good idea.
