Heel fijn, schoon hotel. De kamer had genoeg ruimte, koelkastje en een tv waar je bij kon casten. Modern hotel, overal goed schoon. Zwembad was ook erg schoon, wel koud. Bed lag ook erg lekker! Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is ook top, heel dichtbij Europapark. Zeker een aanrader. ☺️

Avondeten was oké, best prijzig.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, sprak goed Engels. Ook was het zwembad leuk, en werden we daar netjes bediend! Echt een goede ervaring, en zeker een overnachting waard zo dichtbij EuropaPark, dit was voor ons de nacht voordat we naar het hotel van EuropaPark gingen.

Eerlijk gezegd had ik geen tegens. De "checkin machine" had wat moeite, maar het personeel stond ons gewoon netjes te woord bij de balie. Ik had wel het idee dat er weinig personeel was, maar goed die hadden we ook niet nodig!
