Das Hotel ist nah am Europa-Park

Die vorhandene Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt. Die Zimmertemperatur lag nachts in EG bei 26 grad. Wenig kinderfreundliche Auswahl zum Abendessen.

Tesis Europa-Park ve Rulantica ya yakındı.. Hotelin restorantı temizdi..

Oda yeterince konforlu değildi, yastıklar büyük fakat yastık kılıfları küçüktü.. Yüksek bir odayı üst ortadan bölüp ikinci bir yatağı yukarı koymuşlar wc ve banyo aşağıdaydı.. WC kapısızdı.. üst katta elbise asacak veya koyacak herhangi bir şey yoktu.. 3 gece kaldık, odada sabahları sadece yataklar düzenleniyor ama çarşaflar değişmiyordu.. havlular değiştiriliyordu oda iyi süpürülmüyordu ve iyi toz alınmıyordu.. odada ki kahve makinasına 2 kahve bırakmışlardı Ama ikinci gün kahve yoktu resepsiyondan istedim kapsül kahve için tanesine 1 Euro istediler… Otelin önüne yol kenarına koyduğumuz Arabamız için günlük 10 Euro park ücreti istediler..
