They double charged me when I booked the room in advance and already paid then proceed to say I’d have my money back by now yet there is no sign of it even being refunded

I stayed here the night prior to a wedding. I had a spray tan, which ended up getting on one regular towel and one face towel. They charged me $50 for damaged towels. I’ve called multiple times because it’s hard for me to believe it cost them $50 to replace these towels. They said they’re trying to wash them and will let me know if it comes out. I doubt they will, because they’ve told me multiple times the owner, Navin, will call me back… well this is now happened three times. I am loyal to Marriott because of the service, but this is ridiculous. Horrible customer service and no willingness to help. I’d understand maybe $10 for the towels…. Very frustrating.

Staff was great room was nice. Snacks were way to expensive. Location perfect for event at Civic center or bok.
