Cleanliness & room was cute

Charger port for phone didn't work Housekeeping staff was standoffish and rude the day of checkout. I paid an extra $50 because I was checking out late. She actually came back after I'd requested later checkout & been charged $50 for an extra hour, as I'm gathering my luggage to walk out, she said you need to leave already.

The room was clean

They didn't tell you about the deposit on booking.com they didn't have any contentment of water or breakfast they only had coffee they wanted you to buy frozen food the heat and microwave to eat for breakfast
