There was no airconditioning or fans in the rooms and given it was a bit warm, the sleep wasnt very comfortable

Great location in fox glacier, especially if you’re planning to do the Heli hike.

This is an old hotel which is more like an extended motel with separate single storey buildings linked by covered walkways. The staff were helpful.

There's no social life as the bar and restaurant don't really function. Breakfast is a short walk away at the more modern Heartland hotel on the main street.

Strange bathroom

Just stayed the one night to do the helicopter glacier landing flight. Great hotel, easy to find, friendly welcome from receptionist, everything we needed in the room, comfortable bed. Did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Stayed overnight on our way to Queenstown. Slept a glorious 13 hours!! Amazing value for what we paid. So, let's be clear, this is not a luxury hotel but it's spotlessly clean and amazing value. It definitely exceeded expectations and the staff were delightful and friendly. A great stopover hotel. Thank you!!
