Beach Terrace Motor Inn

The Beach Terrace is dirty the linen was dirty r the room was nasty. I would never stay here again m. The manager was so rude when I complained about the conditions he was like go fight with ur credit card company. I didn’t understand how they pass the STATE inspection. The place needs to be condemned

The guy at the front desk during the day was not accommodating at all. My room was left a mess. It was not swept, there was sand and crumbs on the floor. My daughter's feet was dirty, just walking from one room to the other. The mirror had saliva on it from the previous people staying. This could be a great place with a little care.

August 15 to the 22nd 2025. All ypu karens out there!!!! The room was spotless and comfy, the staff was so friendly. The location was excellent!!!! Nothing was broken, everything worked! Got a great deal!!!!

The only thing i didn't like, is that i had to leave. .

The location is awesome! Close to everything! We love the pool and hot tub. And we have the ability to grill on the patio. It was especially nice since the weather was not cooperative this year!

In desperate need of repairs! We have been stating here off and on for almost a decade. Cleanliness was lacking this year! We found a dirty sock under the bed. Bathroom was not clean. In addition, there were some punk children on the top floor who were spitting onto the hot tub and pool area and throwing food and trash at people. Despite numerous complaints, they continued their bad behavior.

There be no towels or not enough towels in the room u have to ask for them an I think u shouldn't have to do that all hotel rooms should have enough towels in there for the guest

I wouldn't stay there, period. The whole time was just awful.

Property has lots of potential but needs serious maintenance repairs, remodeling, and cleaning a must. You can see the molds, rotten ceilings and very bad condition on whole building inside and outside.

The entire hotel needs to be updated. Which was to be expected since we’ve stayed here before. The hotel staff during check in were just miserable. Young man and a young blonde just seemed like people checking in were bothering them. Not sure why they would be working at a front desk with nasty attitudes.
