"Definitely could have been better."

The view could gave been better. Was on a lower floor with it being less than 50% occupied. It was ok could see lights of the pier from our room.

Maids forgot we were there. Family of 4 they only give 3 towels. There's a night club on the first floor bumping loud until after 3. Shows a restaurant on sight buts it's been closed for years.

Location and price

Pool and hot tub were constantly dirty and maintenance refused to treat with chemicals because it wasn’t a scheduled cleaning day.

La ubicación. El lugar, el hotel en si es super lindo y los empleados muy amables

Le falta mucho mantenimiento habia cortinas rotas, paredes sucias o peladas o mal pintadas, lucia como sucio pero no era sucio era la falta de pintura qué tiene. La ducha casi tapada del todo tardaba mucho en irse el agua, la piscina toda manchada de óxido y el agua del jacuzzi con un olor muy feo... en fin me encataria que lo mejorarán porque me gustaria volver
