Size of room, view, location to boardwalk

Broken fixtures, AC running all the time on ocean side room. Check in was at 4 rung bed bell several times ending up calling and person came from upstairs. I didn't really understand why sink is outside of bathroom you have to close both bedroom doors to have privacy

Location was nice which is why I chose it. Rooms were run down. I don’t need fancy but a little bit of fixing up would be nice. Sliding door on patio didn’t open very easily. Pool looked nice but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Also, staff at check in and out was no where to be found for quite awhile while waiting to check in and out! We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and it took forever for him to show up so I could check out. We won’t stay here again.
