We love it there but would love longer pool open hours

This is a beach hotel that could use updating. Overall, a clean, safe property, just is a bit worn.

Sight was amazing but pool was very dirty. Needs to be reconstruction

I appreciated the price and the view from my balcony. My room could have been cleaner. We go to Wildwood every year abd we stay here! I don't thing we're going to stay here again. 😒

There were 2 water bottles filled with cigarette butts on the balcony.

Front desk very friendly. Had a problem with balcony door not locking maintenance came immediately to fix. In order to have someone come up I tried calling front desk no answer had to take elevator down to front desk to get help. Pool was somewhat clean but the jacuzzi was filthy dirty on bottom and a lot of dead bugs floating on top. This hotel does need a makeover hot & cold marked wrong in shower in fact shower plate cracked. Little side curtain next to door kept falling brackets need to be replaced. Overall decent for their rates however husband disabled and people leave out their chairs in walkway instead of their balcony made it very hard to get to elevator not hotels problem but guests feelings of entitlement

Location, great views, spacious and comfort. Check in took less than 10 minutes.
