Dobra lokalizacja ze względu na widok i dostęp atrakcji, chociaż dojazd z pociągu trochę zajmuję. Duży pokój z pięknym widokiem. Wygodne łóżka. Onsen w hotelu.

Hotel zatrzymał się w czasie dobre kilkadziesiąt lat temu. Armatura w łazience jest stara i skamieniała, po meblach widać ząb czasu. Wanna chociaż duża to bardzo niewygodna przy wchodzeniu czy myciu samej głowy przez dużą zabudowę. Część personelu kompletnie nie zna angielskiego, co przy takim standardzie hotelu nie powinno być dopuszczalne. Bardzo niski standard śniadań - przypominają bardziej stołówkowy bufet, a nie hotel 4 gwiazdowy. Zamiast masła - margaryna, jajka sadzone zaparzone na twardo w pojemnikach, zamiast świeże, owoce pokrojone w wielkie, nierówne kawałki, przy czym większość z puszki.

Superbe hotel avec une vue sur le lac à couper le souffle sur le Fuji ! Très belle et grande chambre. Le bus s'arrête en face de l'hotel et un terminus à 100m. Départ des bateaux pour la croisière sur le lac à 200m. Personnel au top

Le restaurant français est excellent mais un peu cher (140€ à deux avec un apéritif, sans vin pour le menu de base...)

Beautiful views of Lake Ashi and Mt Fuji on a clear day. A short walk to a beautiful observatory to get a better view too. Large rooms, which is a luxury in Japan. Welcome drink at the bar is a nice touch. Good breakfast.

There’s not a lot in the area. Nearest convenience store is a 20 min walk and local restaurants are nice but shut early. This is all fine if you plan in advance.

Location is great. View is wonderful. Breakfast is ok

Rooms are old and hotel needs renovation. If you stayed in newer hotels this will feel really old. Bathrooms and room furniture are from many years ago. As soon as you enter the room it smells like shoe rack.
