"Wonderful stay - note the location is outside the main part of Hakone."

Stunning view and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast too. The onsens also had a fabulous view.

The heated towel rack was broken, but that is the only tiny issue we had.

Le restaurant, très très cher. La nourriture était bonne mais ambiance glaciale. Seuls dans une salle, pas chaleureux et pas convivial.

"Pleasent stay with a view"

Incredible view towards Mt Fuji and the lake. Comfortable large bed. Clean room.

The Hotel is dated - needs revamping. The food/dinner in the bar I’m afraid it wasn't quite what we expected, the duck was dry the potato ships was soggy. The mushroom soup was a clear tasty soup, but it was a very small portion with hardly any mushroom in it. The shower above the bath - no matter how careful we were there was always a puddle of water on the floor.

The setting location of the Hotel is amazing!!..The restaurant was lovely.

Location is a big of trip from the main station Beautiful views of Mt Fuji on a good day.
