We loved the location right on the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Breakfast was the usual Indian breakfast plus fruit and eggs any way. Beautiful setting overlooking the lake.

Location was fabulous, right next to the lake. I was able to get a pool villa with great view.

It was noisy next door which affected my sleep. Cost of backwater cruise was ridiculously expensive. I expected more group activities eg yoga

Had a lovely stay, if only for a night. We did a house boat afternoon trip and then stayed in the resort.

Nice selection to choose from. I liked all the South Indian foods. The sausages looked weird to my son.

The dosa station was leanly staffed. The same chef made the dosas and coffee, so we waited in line for a long time. You should put one person incharge of the dosa station, and another one to be made incharge of the coffee station. I had to wait a long time for both.

The location was great and picturesque. The staff were friendly. The rooms allotted were clean and well maintained . Bathrooms can be a given a bit more special attention. But not much to complain.

The service for food can be improved greatly especially in terms of communication. There were days with buffet/ without buffet ; some days with room service and other days did not have the food we needed for room service. They can surely work on communicating this to the guests so we are well aware before hand. It’s always better to have simpler options as room service because not all like buffet as it’s cooked in bulk and it’s just pricier. The tea service was also pretty confusing. We travelled during the weekend before Christmas, and agreed that it can get busy then, but they can do way better with a bit of planning and capable of doing way more to leave guests happier.

A good looking resort

Terrible approach road. Most uncomfortable rooms/bathrooms. A filthy and unhygienic place. Checked out at 6:00 am to find another hotel.
