Always friendly staff ! I don't know the lovely Asian women on the front of house but please pass on her excellent service

Good location, good takeaway options Staff were very friendly and seem to be the only positive thing holding the building together

Overpriced food for an empty plate Extremely loud people on same floor, slamming door all through the night & early morning Kettle hasn’t been cleaned since it was bought. Absolutely file with filth and grime caked in the filter.

Location was good

The customer service and security, whilst we were in bed someone entered our room who had been given our room key this was totally unacceptable, reported to reception only to be told oh i got the numbers fixed up
