"Disappointing! I had higher expectations based upon the cost and the chain's reputation. 4/10"

I was placed in a disabled room without comment from staff. Not an issue except there was nowhere for, e.g wash bag in the bathroom, clothing shelf in the room was very dusty, long dark hair in the bathroom - definitely not mine!

"I had a great stay - great location in the city centre."

The bedroom was very nice and spacious it was clean I had a view of the front of the hotel - the bed very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely - the only fault - there was so many staying and the food ran out quickly. Food was brought out for breakfast but, they ran out of some items - which could not be replaced at the time needed. The Staff worked hard - was very helpful and friendly

The under estimation of guest having breakfast - on the Saturday morning - On Sunday they had catered for the guests.
