Easy check in and check out. Close to theatre and not far from shops etc. Hotel was clean, comfy beds had everything you need in rooms. Pleasant stay.... didnt have food but breakfast smelt lovely. Great Value for money.

"Good location, but let down by maintenance issues and unhelpful staff."

just central so it was closer to city

The air conditioning in the room was not working. The staff brought us a heater, but it was very slow and did not warm the room properly. We were eventually moved to another room, but the staff were not very helpful throughout the process
