The pool. There was a little stairs in the pool that isn’t visible, I hit my knee and it was bruised and swollen

Medallion room was beautiful and comfortable. Room is very clean.

The restaurant and pool facilities need some major upkeep and the staff are not that friendly. I went to extend my check out time and the male front desk agent literally looked up at me irritated and didn't even greet me. He was hiding his phone and using it. The other agent saw this and offered to assist me instead. That blew my mind! Pool bar doesn't serve food and the service agent is always gone. Breakfast buffet was extremely crowded due to an event and it was clear the staff couldn't handle the large crowd.

What I liked about the property is that the representative that had checked us in was very friendly and helpful. His name is Ray Mantanona. What I also like was the parking was very empty and the room had a washer and dryer.

What I didn’t like was that the hours about the pool were too early for closing and that there were some stains on the carpet and not a lot of TVs in the room. It kind of looked out dated and it was very sad that some parts of the room and either rust or brown coloring.

We didn't like our stay. We loved it. It was a short staycation away from home. We went there to take a little breather from our busy lives and the place didn't disappoint. It was outdated, yes. But the paint of the building is something that wouldn't affect your stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The entire location is very serene. We'd definitely be back again.
