The interior from the lobby to the room was amazing. The view was great especially from the Medallion Room just to see the sunrise every morning with it being nice, calm, & quiet rather than the hustle and bustle of Tumon. The staffs were very polite and professional. Cafe Biba had great caramel macchiatos.

Considering the ongoing recovery after the pandemic & Mawar, the exterior could use some TLC (waterblasting, painting, etc). Additional lighting in the elevators since it seemed really dark compared to the lobby & hallways. The food was okay, but would highly suggest proper covers / equipment to preserve the fruits and desserts at the Lago Buffet and prevent flies / fruit flies from contaminating consumables.
