Vila Gale Isla Canela Resort Hotel

Room: 1st room had a smell, reception has changed immediately and was following up with call, while we were out of hotel. The room was bigger and amazing, very clean, big bed, very nice panoramic view. Thanks again! Beach: its ok, open public beach, you have to bring your bed, umbrella etc. hotel has no arrangement there. So people they do not know (like us) recommended to bring your own beach items, to avoid buying there in the shops for higher price. Pool: its ok, we did not use to be honest, due to "some" reasons we try to reduce to minimum to use crowded people... Reception: FANTASTIC people, so friendly, smiling, explaining everything perfectly! Ms. Mercedes specially, others name i do not remember so cannot mention, including the restaurants staff. Main reason to come back to this hotel may be to see again Mercedes. :) My sone birthday they spotted and when we came to the room they arranged cake and bottle of rose wine in the ice. It was really a bog surprise! thank you to everyone who implemented this in this hotel and who is arranging professionally. Many Thanks!!!!

I did not like why such hotel selling water dinner. We took half board, and paid for 5 days around 1600 Euros, and in the dinner you pay for water, they are billing you. It sounds a bit cheap.. In the check out we paid peanuts, the matter is not a money! Its little funny treatment for the people who are in holiday. What I have seen from my very international experience, would suggest at list 1 bottle you can keep on the table, 1 glass of beer or 1 glass of wine to make complementary, for extra let the people to pay, so will not be a waste like in hotels in Turkey. Wines are used i checked, they are less than 2 euros per bottle as cost. Anyways its not my business, i just commented and I have right for this.

Estacionamento dificil nas imediações! Existe possibilidade de um parque no Hotel por 10 euros/ noite!

Instalaciones actuales, nuevas e impecables. Personal excepcional, en cada uno de los servicios (recepción, bar, limpieza, etc.).

Las instalaciones están muy bien y el desayuno es de calidad.

La ubicación es buena para ir a la playa, pero no para recorrer la provincia: hasta Ayamonte son 15 km de rotondas y lomos elevados

Amei a vista! A piscina era divinal e tanto o quarto como a restauração era ótima.
