Hotel precioso, ideal para familias con niños, cerca de la playa, con desayuno muy rico y habitaciones amplias. Muy destacable la excelente atención del personal, siempre amables y atentos. Servicio de limpieza muy bueno. Animación divertida. Zona piscina muy bonita y con área de piscina infantil con toboganes. Muy recomendable

Los sábados se forma mucha cola a última hora en el desayuno.

Hotel agradável em frente praia.

Check in e Check out um atraso... mais de uma hora para cada um dos processos. Hotel sem o minimo de entendimento do que é gestão de processos... ao invés de terem tudo pré preparado (informações de morada e documentos já fornecidos via booking, era só transitarem a informação para o sistema do hotel com antecedência), solicitaram tudo de novo o que atrasou todos os clientes. Para uma cadeia de hotéis da dimensão da Vila Galé é absurdo! Piscinas demasiado pequenas para tanta família, um caos de crianças. Hotel não indicado para casais sem filhos. Não voltaremos, não recomendamos. Melhor da viagem: ir jantar umas tapas a Huelva e a Ayamonte!

"Agradável e tranquila"

Localização próxima da praia e local tranquilo. Ideal para famílias com crianças. Limpeza das áreas comuns muito frequente. Simpatia do staff.

A piscina é grande e tem muito espaço com espreguiçadeiras. Contudo carece de limpeza ao final do dia, pois acumula muitos cabelos. Meia pensão (jantar) muito repetitiva.

O espaço exterior é maravilhoso A alimentação tem muita variedade Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos

A cama que pedimos extra para a criança era muito pequena, não dava para ele dormir porque se se mexesse um bocadinho caía logo abaixo da cama, não achei seguro Haviam algumas formigas no quarto
