Microwave in the room would've been nice

The location and cost were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. They were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in.

The rooms were nice enough, but a bit cramped. There was only one chair in each room, so if more than one person wanted to sit, you needed to sit on the bed. This would have been fine if there had been a lobby or other area to go sit and read a book or relax. The only common area was the dining room, which was gated off during the evening hours. The continental breakfast was fine. But the dining room where it was served was very cold, kind of dark, and had crumbs still on many of the tables. ( which was odd, as we appeared to be the 2 couples staying in the hotel) I'm sure that in the Summer, it's a much different experience, and the lovely porch provides that much-needed area for relaxing outside of your room.

Quaint and cozy B&B on the water. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We only stayed one night, but we will absolutely be back to this spot.

Breakfast was subpar (only continental) and while plenty of space was available, did not like street parking as the only option for cars.

We love staying here and all of the amenities make beach going so much easier!!! Owners and staff are awesome and the elevator makes for such an easier time of moving bags, etc.!

Need better coffee and earlier!
