This place was horrible

I didn't like that fact that the people just was hangout out side

The bathroom floor had a puddle on it when we arrived. I am an 89lb woman. No privacy locks at all the top lock and the deadbolt both were broken. I was harassed and frightened by men guests I was double charged and the owner absolutely reused to reimburse then 14 days later he charged my card AGAIN. I was nowhere near the same town. Tried to contact and he had blocked my phone number. I had to dispute the fraudulent charge with my bank. Still waiting on that investigation. That man was soooo rude. And I never got my money back for the double charge either.

Almost everything

It was quiet and the owners were very nice.

That we can't get a refund for dates in November that has already been charged to us.

The photos looked nothing like the actual hotel, there were bugs in the room, and the whole place was just dirty and rundown.

I've never seen a hotel room as dirty as this one. The housekeeper was still "cleaning" the room when i arrived. She had the door open, so when i walked in, there was a huge swarm of flies everywhere. Whatever she used to mop the tiled bathroom floor either didnt get rinsed, or she used grease to mop it because it was like walking on slimy ice.

I would like to tell you about my stay. However, I did not stay there. I was never notified that they could not accommodate me until I arrived. So I booked on my own at another hotel in a nearby city. I need a refund and an ID number, but nobody has been able to give me that information yet. All I have is a confirmation number which does not match the ID number that they say they need. It’s very upsetting to pay for something I did not use and it was 0% my responsibility. Please somebody help me. I do not want to have to resort to begin using an alternative vacation booking site.

Clerk was friendly and terrific. Property was pretty run down. White towels were dirty or just badly stained. Sheets seemed clean but I did not use the comforter. Floor felt matted and a bit sticky. For the price it wasn’t terrible

So it was slightly above average and i mean just slightly for the price but they seemed to be doing renovations to where im certain this hotel will be a bargin soon
