Absolutely nothing except that I was able to get off the road after a long drive. I could have slept in my car in a cleaner environment.

This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. Blood stains on the sheets, furniture that could not be used, a TV set with a broken screen, totally gross sink, etc. etc.: just a total crap place. I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton for the place but assumed that boooking.com would vet their properties. I talked to somebody for a partial refund, nothing. Shame on both the property and booking.com.

I made reservations in December for the 23 of February when I went to check in they told me they had no rooms available so I had to sleep in my pickup for the night

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed period and I travel a lot . If it wasn’t so late and I hadn’t already booked it I would’ve left !!!

The room was colorful and comfortable, just the right size.

Bathtub diverter needs fixing.

Dirty, found a sanitary pad on floor on a visible area. Plus spiderwebs in the room that tells me cleaning is not a priority for this location

My “non-smoking” room reeked of smoke, the facilities are in dire need of renovation, the T. V. didn’t work.

This motel needs to be bulldozed down and build new. It was built in the 50’s and is run down. The backup door locks are broken in rooms 117 and 119. We had to place all of our luggage against the door to help insure our safety. The A/C unit power cord has been cut off and another spliced in with electrical tape. The smoke detector in 119 was held to the ceiling by clear packaging tape (lots of tape). This place is a dump.

Where to start? The key didn't work or so we thought. The door wasn't even shut to the room to begin with. When you enter the room, there are two different sized beds. One of them is a king size bed, and one is a queen size bed on top of a full frame. Every time you sit on either side of the bed, then you almost roll off onto the floor. You have to sleep exactly in the middle of the bed to actually get rest. The lamps did not work. The bathroom was disgusting to include pubic hair on the faucet, dirty toilet, and rusty and filthy tub. There was no hot water. The towels were disgusting and I wouldn't have used them in my barn. One outlet only worked as the other one was clogged with paint. I spend a ton of time outdoors, and would have slept better in 32 degrees on the ground and bathed in a creek.
