Dirty, bugs in room, no hot water, multiple sprinkler system escutcheon missing, fan cover in restroom broke and missing, microwave dirty

Bathroom was dirty, toilet seat was bolted down good. Only one electrical plug in the room, the room smelled,

Everything our bathroom smelled like sewage, the comforter had stains the mattress had blood stains and the tv didn’t work it wasn’t good

didn't even use the shower. It was dirty. No TV, no internet. Was a scary motel. Had to pay cash because they said their internet was down. Hope I don't get charged twice. I don't recommend anyone stay there.

The location is near the entrance to Fort Richardson State Park, so we have stayed here several times.

We reserved a king accessible. We were told none was available and offered 2 beds. We accepted. We were sent to a nasty, smoke filled room with literal bugs in the bed! I said it was unacceptable. We were then given another room, and even though not accessible, accepted it after a glance. A broken down truck parked in front of the door made us park further away. There was water leaking on the floor from the fridge, a slipping hazard and no bathmat to cover it. Clerk did not understand English. Finally showed him and he covered with bathmat. The beds seemed clean enough and comfy. The bathroom was filthy. The microwave was filthy. The shower was homemade, had no place to put soap or a washcloth, the drain was a hole in the flooring. The newer part of the property where we had stayed before was never used all weekend. We stayed in by-the-week lived in room and will not be back!!

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel.

The room was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Roaches all in the room, room was very filthy. Pillow cases were brown, the TV did not work. There is no staff after 7 pm to help with issues, was told to leave key card in room because the office doesn't open until 7 am. Tub was very filthy, had hair all in the tub, all over the floor, bathroom was full of roaches.

I rang the bell more than 10 times, called the hotel but no one would ever answer, and knocked very loudly on the door Several times no one ever came to the door now here I am out of town trying to find somewhere to stay because the confirmed reservation I had is unavailable for check in.
