My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and for days...the check in was 4pm we came too early (just excited to see the beauty of banff😊)...front desk agent just put tag on our luggage and just came back around 4pm...front desk poeple were very nice...there is a free roam bus ticket we just used it going to Banff gondola & Minnewanka lake...this place is walkable to banff town..have co-op open 24hrs if you feel snacky at night...how i wish Sudden sally coffee shop opens a little bit earlier...

We didn’t have food options included with the hotel but there were tons of spots in the town of Banff. The bed and room was very cute and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for our stay.

Very nice hotel - the closeness to Hotel Canoe (for the hot pools and lobby/restaurant) was great, and the rooms were perfect for a family of 4 (kids under 10). The craft coffee to make pour-overs every morning was an awesome addition!
