Beautifull property with full of irresponsible staff. Pool, spa, gym, conference everything is under maintenance or reconstruction all the time. If you plan to stay in south goa..best property recommended is baywatch resort!

We had booked the room through Expedia, where the hotel had claimed all amenities including Swimming Pool. A day before the travel date, their website had a tickr which proclaimed that the pool was shut for a month. No courtesy call to tell that the pool was not available. Mind you, they have the spa only in their name. The hotel does not have any spa facilities. The room was stinking and unkept with paan stains on the wall and in the toilet. The food was absolutely unpalatable and the choices were too less. They had even stored the extra bed in the Aisle areas, which apart from being a sore on eye, were a fire hazard too. We had our booking for three nights, but we checked out on the first night itself even without bothering to collect the refund on the booking amount which was paid in full...well we were not even offered a courtesy refund by the Hotel Manager even after pointing out all the flaws and wrong information they had provided. They asked us to write a letter to the Hotel Administration highlighting the complaints, which we duly did. After which we have never heard from them. What is the point of collecting feedback if you don,t act on them or even respond? There is no rating of 0, else would have given it to this hotel. A total waste of money, time and effort.

In the pride offered its not bad at all, not recommended for a family stay, rooms are old with cracks in wall, the staff is pure desi, no parking inside, no facility available nearby, kind of a lonely and unsafe location while driving at night specially during the off season.

The rooms, restaurant and lobby are badly maintained. Air conditioning in our room was not working. We prepaid for the room for 2 nights and were given to sleep only with a fan in the room. And we went in off-season. Bed linen was old and had stains. Bed was very uncomfortable. I am surprised how Expedia has recommended this hotel.

Very disappointing nothing to say its 4 star hotel i would say 2 star

Good property, good location, rooms are clean and comfy. Overall feel of the property makes you comfortable. The service quality can be better. The staff seems a bit unaccomodative to guest requests. Food quality is above average. Overall a value for money option for the deal I got through expedia.

Front desk took more than 1hr to complete the checkin

We stayed at Golden Palms, Colva, Goa for 2 nights, 3 days which was very pleasant experience. We visited during first week of June, so there was not much crowd in resort. We were welcomed by the reception staff by offering welcome drink. The staff seemed to be very polite & fast in processing our requests/queries. They well directed us when we were on our way to the hotel. Our room was pool facing and the room was very neat & clean. The resort has "Bamboo Restaurant" which offers great & delicious food including the buffet breakfast in the morning. The resort is very close to Colva Beach, so you can enjoy walking to the Beach anytime. This place is perfect destination stay for family & couples. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this resort and wish to visit this place again during our next visit to Goa.
