The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa, Colva

Horrible place to stay. Staff is not helpful. Was told by my friends that the hotel has always had problems with the AC, looking at the reputation of the hotel we still opted for it, which was our biggest mistake. Every body in the reception is only there to fake smiles and don't consider your problem serious and don't take any action if you report a concern. Arrived at the resort on 29th May, as soon as we entered, we complained that AC was not working, the staff sent a person to have a look, he came checked the AC said that the temperature is set at 29 C and will change it. No change even after 6 hrs, called them again, they said that this problem has been there for quite some time and nothing can be done about it. Only option the person in the reception had was to find a different hotel for me. Had come to Goa to celebrate my 3rd Anniversary, was totally messed up cz of the choice of the Resort. Please let this Resort be a last in your list if you ever visit Goa and plan to stay.

Warm welcome. Nice Hotel. Little far from Panaji, But a great place if you want to be away from the city. Clean and nice swimming pool.

We booked this hotel on expedia with a lot of apprehensions, but all were relieved when we reached there. The place was slick and span, better than what it seems on the internet and thee staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. The food was specially good. Thanks golden palms!

Hotel not worth for money it is only 3 star. Breakfast not much variety

We liked the proximity of the rooms to the pool. Its a medium sized property but very nicely done with a good ambiance. We stayed at the ground level so a cup of tea in the morning facing the pool was an amazing experience. You can walk to the Colva beach with access to other restaurants outside the resort. The spread for the buffet dinner could have been better. Breakfast on the second day was however amazing. We enjoyed a lot.

I stayed at the Golden Palms for a day and while there, felt that the amenities and services were wonderful although it would have been great if the pool were open beyond 7pm. The location is not nice at all if you plan to be on foot. If you plan to hire a vehicle, the location is irrelevant. I have rated the hotel low on cleanliness because we found sand in a corner of our room. Furthermore, it was dank and musty.

Food has very limited options and one day really we didn't have much choice to have our breakfast. Similar experience is with dinner and serving time is very high.

Awesome place to stay, with fine dine restaurant and bar, proximity to the beach. Good place for couple and family.

Hi, I stayed for two nights. The hotel is at very good location juts walking distance from colva beach. The staff is very friendly. Except the food everything was perfect. For breakfast, they have limited options (only for package). Anyways we got god options nearby hotel area. Bar area is good with all the varieties of beverages. I would certainly like to stay again and would recommend to friends...

Very Poor breakfast no options whatsoever.(dissappointing) No hot water available in bathroom. No airport transfers offered. (should have been included in oackgae if not free atleast for a nominal fee) Hotal was clean and staff were ok. just ok.... not very friendly
