Nice one night stay here. Training a new employee at check in. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of room for luggage. Decent water pressure and good absorbent towels in bathroom. Could hear noise from above since we were on 2nd floor. My husband told me to walk lightly so I wouldn’t disturb people below us.😀 Breakfast area is small but food items were all good. ( eggs, sausage, muffins, and oatmeal already made) Bold coffee was awesome! I would stay here again if in the area. It was in a good location if you plan to go to Monument Rocks or Little Jerusalem State Park.

I want to report an extremely rude employee, named Jordan. I went to the front desk to get some acetaminophen for a headache. The front desk was unoccupied and had a sign be right back, ring bell. I heard noise from the back office, so I sat on the bench to wait, because I didn't need to rush whatever he was doing. After a few minutes, I stood OUTSIDE of the entrance and was going to say "hi." As I got there, "Jordan" popped out and said in a derisive tone "you need to ring the bell." I rang the bell in front of that a-hole and said never mind. I don't know if I will ever come back to this hotel unless Wendy, the manager addresses this problem and calls to apologize for maintaining this rude employee. My wife and I are long time Hilton customers and this is my first encounter with a rude employee.

It’s a regular Hampton Inn and it felt safe. The staff were friendly.

Broken microwave, and no option for late check out. The room was not carpeted so felt a bare and cheaper than other Hampton Inns.

Desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfy. My only complaint was that the hair dryer did not work and I had to get on the road with wet hair. I returned the dryer to the front desk as I was leaving. They offered to find me one that works but…I needed to get on the road. I suggest the housekeeping staff check the hair dryers, tv controllers and coffee makers to ensure they are working properly.
