"Disappointed"

We were disappointed in the maintenance of the facilities. Two bathroom fixtures needed replacing and a garbage can near the ice machine overflowed for the entire length of our visit. The hall carpet was worn. We’ve come to expect more from Hampton and paid for more than we received

We stay in Hampton Inns all across America. We enjoy the consistent, clean, comfortable rooms and the free breakfast. Colby’s location did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and waffles!

This seemed like an old hotel and needs updating. Our room blind wouldn’t open and had apparently been reported before, but not repaired.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm recovering from all injury and they made accommodations for me to do therapy etc and we're very understanding about me being slow to get out. I loved this hotel! 10 stars!!!

This property needs to be updated. Carpets are worn and appear dirty. The shower head had little water pressure. It appeared the water holes in the shower head might be clogged. The water only came out a few of the holes. The breakfast was good and the dining area clean.
