They had to lock the door of the front desk at night so we had to call to get in and check iin. The front desk staff who checked us in was on barefoot the whole time from the time he opened the door to checking us in. The rooms are very old and has the "old smell" to it. There wasn't a lot of food for breakfast and the space was way too small for all the guests having breakfast, not enough tables as well. I think the price was a bit too high for the condition of the hotel.

The location was great! I felt very safe and the parking lot was clean and well lit. Very convenient location nestled in the forest between Bearizona and downtown Williams. The kiosk check-in was also very neat and super easy to use! Staff was friendly as well.

The pool was filled with algae, debris and dead bugs. My boys were so looking forward to swimming so that was a huge let down. I even specifically sought out a hotel with a pool and looked at the pictures, so it felt like false advertisement to me. There was mold on my pre-packaged breakfast danish and our room did not look not super clean but it wasn’t the worst. It was a bit outdated with squeaky floors, a loud AC wall unit and janky sink faucet. I could look past all the other things but the pool- or lack there of- and the moldy pastry left me wishing I had booked elsewhere. Such a shame!
