Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Center

As per my booking i with my family checked into hotel on 10th , hotel charged me Rupees 48,250/- using my credit card. Today we have checked out at 0600 . Just now i have recived a sms massege on my phone that same hotel has charged on my credit card Rupees 52,635/-. I fail to understand why i have been charged twice.

Stayed 4 nights. Very nice property. A free shuttle bus takes you to convenient drop off locations. The bier stube is a good restaurant on site.

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff were so helpful. the transport was out of order so they booked us taxis. It is out of the way but you can get a bus straight to the city....a really enjoyable stay.

Nice comfy hotel, but we have being dissapointed with many silly extra charges like 5 euro per person *registration fee*, 10 euro a day for wi-fi internet, we had a breakfast included and paid in advance but we had a bill from waiter , who argued and claimed that we havent had paid for our breakfast, it took us 30 mins to resolve it and left us with bad mood. Gladly for us the matter being sorted by hotel reseption and we had being offered complimentary cup of coffe for stress caused.

Nice hotel and comfortable clean room. Restraunt and bar in hotel. Location distant from center of city but can take taxi 5-10 min. Laundry service available.

Arrived in St. Petersburg late, no shuttle to hotel so took bus to Metro then as reviews said short 10 minute walk to hotel, NOT! Took us almost 45 minutes through dark streets. Should have taken a taxi. Got to hotel, greeted nicely and went to room. It was a king smoking room, Opps our request and purchase was for a non-smoking room, called told too bad nothing until tomorrow, it is now 1am. Room was noisy found out later that staff opened top windows to help with the smoke smell. City noise was bad. Kept us awake all night. Next day was moved to non smoking and got better. Hotel has shuttle but not reliable to go to sites. Heard stories from some guests about getting stranded for up to 5 hours waiting. From Neviski street take bus 181 and you will be within a block of the hotel. Host that helped out most was Alena, but forgot what we were wanting 6 hours after we made the arrangements to move from non smoking with her. She tried. Hotel is nice but a little overpriced to be out of the way of attractions. Do not take the canal street, it is the long way!! Hotel was clean, charged $20 a day for internet in room, free in lobby. Would stay again if rates went down.

The hotel is as advertised: good location, staff very friendly, room immaculate.

Very profesional staff. Great breakfast and restaurant. The bus to and from downtown was very useful. I highly recomend this hotel.

The personal was excellent. Great customer service, well trained. Perfect price for a good hotel. I have never been dissapointed about courtyard by Marriott hotels.
