"A good hotel at a fair price. close to everything."

My 4th stay. Staff here are friendly, and capable. I'm only aware of one, in management, that speaks fluent English. My Spanish is poor, but I was understood, and they were patient with me. Bell, and housekeeping staff are very good, too. An older hotel, that has been added on to over the years, and is a little convoluted, but is clean, and quiet. My first stay was in a regular room, which was good but not spectacular. If you can, choose the suites! They are wonderful, and will have one or two balconies, and a huge patio. There is also a very nice pool, with a nice, and attentive staff. Directly over the lobby is a common use patio. very cool, and always breezy. In the lobby are computers, and a business center, which I haven't used. Also a weight room, which is adequate Restaurant and free buffet are way above average...serving, surprise! Colombian food!. I have encountered one or two indifferent waiters, but all the regular (the people I recognize, over a couple years) staff are super. you will not be disappointed at any meal. And try the coffee! Once outside, you are on a quiet city street, in a vibrant business district. everything you need is within walking distance; from small, street food stands, which I love, to high-end restaurants. Parks. Anything else is by taxi, and they are fast and cheap. The trans-metro bus is only two blocks away. Purchase local Sim cards, change money a few steps away. Security is very good. Room safes. The area is safe to walk.

Not enough English speaking staff, but courteous and helpful. They seem to have issues with the plumbing at this hotel. They seem to cater to businesses more, than the average traveler/vacationer. Wifi spotty in certain areas.,
