Great, great, great experience. Villa was very spacious, amazing views, very clean and super friendly staff. Top service - even at the pool. We highly recomend and hope to come back for a longer stay one day

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is stunning, set on a beautiful bay with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. The staff truly make the difference incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful at all times. The level of hospitality was outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

This is truly one of the finest resorts we’ve stayed at. Having experienced many luxury properties over the years, it takes something special to stand out — and this resort absolutely does. From the moment you arrive, the lobby reveals a dramatic, breathtaking view that immediately sets the tone. The welcome is warm and genuine, making you feel instantly at ease and well cared for. The resort itself is expansive, set on a lush hillside with a beautiful jungle atmosphere, and transportation by golf cart is both seamless and enjoyable. Arriving at the villa is a real highlight: modern and elegant in design, while thoughtfully preserving a strong sense of Thai identity. The private pool, the chaise longue set between glass with uninterrupted views, and the surrounding scenery create a true “wow” moment. Dining was excellent throughout our stay. The beach restaurant, in particular, offers exceptional views, and the experience felt very personal. During the fire show, the team kindly arranged the best table for us, knowing our three-year-old was especially excited — a small gesture that made a big difference. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The kids’ club deserves a special mention, with engaging activities and genuinely caring staff. Our guest relations manager was outstanding as well — always available via WhatsApp and happy to assist with any arrangements or bookings. Breakfast each morning was exceptional, both in variety and quality, and enjoyed alongside stunning views of the resort and ocean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly didn’t want to leave. We very much look forward to returning.

While the buggy service was always convenient and appreciated, the size and hillside layout of the resort meant that moving around independently wasn’t possible, with most trips taking about three to five minutes by buggy.

Wir haben unsere ersten Tage auf Koh Samui im Banyan Tree Koh Samui verbracht und es war eine Erfahrung mit klarem Wiederholungsbedarf. Wir haben ein Wellness Retreat Package gebucht und wurden bereits bei der Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen. Anschliessend wurden wir mit einem Buggy zu unserer Villa begleitet. Da die Villen mitten im Regenwald liegen, sind andere motorisierte Fahrzeuge nicht erlaubt. Das Resort ist sehr gross und über Klippen gebaut. Wege sind teilweise steil bergauf oder bergab, was aber gut organisiert ist. Das Package beinhaltete zahlreiche Aktivitäten zur Stressbewaeltigung. Dazu gehoerten Couple Stretch Uebungen, Massagen, Healthy Cooking Sessions und sogar das Kreieren eines eigenen wohltuenden Raumparfuems. Zusaetzlich konnten wir Wasseraktivitaeten wie Jetski, Schnorcheln oder Schwimmen im Meer geniessen. Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit frischen exotischen Fruechten versorgt, sehr reichhaltig an Vitaminen. Am Abend erwartete uns jeweils ein Schlafritual zur Entspannung und zur Foerderung eines besseren Schlafs. Dazu zaehlten unter anderem Inhalationen mit Zitrusfruechten sowie sanfte Hautanwendungen mit natuerlichen Pflanzen. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war fuer uns ein unvergesslicher Erholungsurlaub. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der Service war auf hoechstem Niveau und wir waren unglaublich dankbar fuer diese Erfahrung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

If anyone complains about pools being cold - please know that there is no hotel in all of Thailand that has heaters in pools.

Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Pięknie położona restauracja Saffron serwująca pyszne tajskie dania. Bardzo dobry serwis w tym opieka tzw villa host. Cała obsługa niezwykle życzliwa i uśmiechnięta.

Niestety zdjęcia ze strony www hotelu nie oddają rzeczywistości. Hotel powinien mieć najwyżej 3 gwiazdki. Ville i stare baseny przy nich pilnie wymagają remontu. Wyposażenie tj. klimatyzacja bardzo stare. 20 lat temu pewnie było tu super ale nie teraz... Co więcej, tzw ogród czyli roślinność, na całym terenie bardzo zaniedbana, teren nieposprzątany. Wygląda to bardzo biednie i żałośnie (np w ozdobnych donicach zamiast kwiatów zgnile liście a donice zardzewiale), szczególnie wokół spa. Pool bar - mimo, iz obsługa w nim jest bardzo mila - wygląda jak z lat 80tych...; stare brudne krzesła, podest poplamiony i popękany, na barze stoją jakieś zardzewiale sprzęty a toaleta w pool barze .... oj Tuz obok hotelu trwają budowy innych obiektów - a granice są niechlujnie wytyczone starą plastikową siatką i słychać odgłosy budowy, plaża ( niestety bardzo mała i kamienista) nie jest sprzątana z plastików czy innych śmieci, które wyrzuca morze.. sama chodziłam i zbierałam bo nie mogłam na to patrzeć; materace na tzw. leżankach brudne i poplamione... itd itd
