Please be informed that due to the unique architectural style of Banyan Tree Samui, the property is not recommended for families with children below 12 years of age. Parents or official guardians will be required to sign a waiver form allowing children to stay in the villas. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo identification, such as a passport, and credit card upon check in. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. A compulsory gala dinner on 31 December for two adults per one bedroom is included in the room rate. Extra person charge for gala dinner on 31 December is THB 16,500 net per adult and THB 8,250 net per child, ages 4 to 12 years old.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A stunning hotel with 5 star service"

Stunning rooms and apartments . Great location , staff and facilities . I have stayed in many top end hotels and I think this tops them all .

The one thing that could be done better is clearing the rubbish which comes in from the sea . They do have 2 members of staff clearing the beech , however they do nothing about the rubbish slick which sometimes comes in with the changing tides . I would suggest giving them a couple of swimming pool cleaning nets which would do the top nicely .

"The ultimate hotel experience at the most amazing property ever."

Everything was amazing. It has been a bucket list dream of mine to stay at a Banyan Tree and be spoiled. The property had everything, it made it difficult to leave and explore the island because all we wanted to do was enjoy this hotel. We even took the hotel boat out on Xmas day for an excursion. Food, staff, buffet, breakfast, room, everything A+.

Everything was perfect.

"Outstanding and hard to fault"

The staff outstanding and very caring. Attention to fine details. Spacious rooms. Great to have own private pool. Tropical oasis. Very relaxing and beautiful resort. Staff exceptional and couldn’t do enough.

Breakfast was very mediocre compared to other hotels. If you don’t eat seafood and/or pork very limited options. Breakfast area a little dated but great views.
